Fr. Cosmin Sicoe

Fr. Cosmin Sicoe was born and raised in Romania. He has been married to Presbytera Grigoreta since 1998, and they have two daughters: Sophia and Anna. Fr. Cosmin graduated from the University of Sibiu, Romania, Faculty of Theology in 1999. After being ordained to the priesthood in 2003 and serving as an assistant priest and as a hospital chaplain in Brasov, Romania, Fr. Cosmin and Presbytera Grigoreta moved to Regina, SK, Canada where they served the Lord and the people of St. George Orthodox Cathedral until 2015. While being a parish priest in Regina, Fr. Cosmin also taught a course on Orthodox Christianity at the University of Regina (for three years) and was a part-time prison chaplain at the Regina Provincial Correctional Centre (for three years). From 2015 to 2017, Father and Presbytera served the Holy Mother Queen of All Greek Orthodox Church in Lexington, KY, where they worked with the people of this community for the completion of the building of the new church. In 2017, the Sicoes returned to Canada, where they did missionary work in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, serving the Orthodox Communities of Penticton, Kelowna, and Kamloops, BC. On Pentecost Sunday, 2019, Fr. Cosmin, Presbytera Grigoreta, Sophia, and Anna Sicoe started serving Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Fort Wayne, IN.
